Groups of 5 to 7
If there are more than four of you, you'll travel in a 7-seater taxi with a fellow licensed driver. You choose it when you enter the number of passengers.

Fixed price, no surprises
1,65 € per kilometre during the day and 1,78 € at night and at weekends, based on the actual road distance. Tolls included.
- Fixed fares: what you see when you book is what you pay, with transparency from the start of your journey.
- Minimum fare of €20 per journey: up to 11 km, that's the price.
- Tolls included: Artxanda, AP-8 or AP-68, if your journey uses them.
- If your flight is delayed, there's no charge for waiting.

How much is a taxi from Bilbao Airport to the city centre?
With us, it's on weekdays, Artxanda tunnels toll included. At night and at weekends the night rate applies (€1.78 per km). No trip costs less than €20.
How do you work out the price?
From the actual road distance of the trip: €1.65 per km during the day and €1.78 at night, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Up to 11 km, or if the fare for the trip comes to less than that, the trip costs €20. Tolls are included and we tell you everything before you book.
How do I pay?
In advance, when you book: the exact fare for the trip with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. If you cancel up to 1 hour before, or if there's any problem with the service, we'll refund you.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. We track it and wait for you at the actual arrival time, with no charge for waiting.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to one hour before pick-up, from “My bookings” with your booking number and email. You get a full refund.
How many people and suitcases fit?
Up to 4 passengers. The boot takes two large suitcases and two cabin bags. If you have more, let us know and we'll sort it out.
Can I travel with my dog?
Yes, at no extra cost. Tick the box when you book and the car will have a seat cover. Large dogs travel in the back with a harness.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, an approved child seat, at no extra cost. Give the child's age when you book so we bring the right one.
There are 6 of us: will we fit?
Yes. Groups of 5 to 7 travel in a 7-seater taxi, driven by a licensed colleague. Just choose it when you enter the number of passengers.
Can you pick up several people on the way?
Yes, up to 3 stops on the way. If there's an order that saves time, we'll suggest it when you book.
How are you different from Uber or Cabify?
