Fixed price
It's calculated per actual kilometre of the route, depending on the day and time (€1.65/km during the day; €1.78/km at night and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), using the real distance of the route, stops included. No journey costs less than €20. Any tolls on the route are added.
Payment
Bookings are paid in advance, for the exact fare of the journey, by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. If you cancel up to 1 hour before, or if there's any problem with the service, the money is refunded to the same payment method. Luggage, pets and child seats cost nothing extra; the large 5- to 7-seater taxi adds 35%.
Cancellation
Free up to 1 hour before pick-up. If you paid when booking, the full amount is refunded to the same payment method.
Waiting time
For airport pick-ups with a flight number, there's no charge for waiting due to delays.
